Are you thinking about Camp Echo for your child for the summer of 2011? Well then, we have just the thing for you! We are now inviting potential Echo campers and their families to visit and experience Camp Echo first-hand. Your “Rookie Adventure,” as we call it, is designed to help your prospective Echo camper get a sneak preview of life at sleep a way camp! As your children begin their journey at Echo with their counselors and new friends, parents will join us for a tour of our camp, meet our staff, and spend some time with our directors. We will provide you with a list of fun activities in the area so you can have your own adventure while your child is experiencing the adventure of being an “Echoite”. Return later in the day to pick up who we hope will be a future Echo camper. Rookie Camp (different from Rookie Day) is for children going into 6th grade and younger who might not be ready for a full session of camp. This special twelve day session is available for 1st time campers only. Rookie Dates for 2010 Rookie Day - Saturday July 10th Rookie Day - Sunday July 18th Rookie Day - Saturday July 31st Please contact us ASAP to secure a date…as space is limited.
